FAQ

What is a leveraged ETF?
A leveraged ETF seeks a multiple of an index’s return over a stated reset period (often daily). Because returns compound, longer-term results can differ materially from the stated multiple.
What is volatility drag?
When returns swing up and down, compounding can reduce long-run performance versus a simple multiple of the index’s cumulative return. This effect can increase with volatility and leverage.
What does “reset” mean (daily, weekly, monthly)?
Reset is how often a product rebalances toward its intended leverage. Different reset frequencies change path dependence and risk/return behavior.
